Seminar on International Children's Day

A dialogue session was held at ten o’clock on Tuesday 12/10/2021 in the meeting room of the Global Corner Unit in the Central Library building, in celebration of the International Children’s Day, which the United Nations celebrates annually on October 20. The teacher at the Faculty of Law, Dr. Ali Abd, attended the session Al-Abbas is a professor of financial law in it. He touched on a number of concepts and standard values ​​that were used in approving the draft decision to preserve the rights of childhood and the laws that prevent the exploitation of the child and forcing him to work, and regulating the child’s relationship with the family and society and working to stimulate and encourage the latent energies and support the talents and individual abilities of children to benefit Including in the upbringing of a cohesive generation that works on building society and enhances the value of it.

The session was divided into two parts. In the second part, the interventions and questions posed by the attendance of the session from college students and employees were listened to and worked to consolidate the concepts and cover what was not addressed in the first part of the session, which was devoted to mentioning the concepts and laws called for by the United Nations International Organization.
