The University of Basra's Central Library held its yearly inventory of Arabic and English theses on September 19, 2022, under the direction of the Central Library Secretary, Dr. Mohsen Abdul Hai Dasher, and the efforts of a number of Central Library personnel.
The aim of this  committee  is  to   inventory and numbering of the dissertations in the Foreign Dissertations Unit, and it was agreed to transfer them to the Foreign References Department due to a lack of shelves in it. The aims of the inventory  to obtain the best  results  of positive and accuracy, for the service of our studends and our  university.

This committee included the inventory of the dissertations in the Foreign Dissertation Unit and their numbering, and due to the lack of shelves in it, it was decided to transfer them to the Foreign Reference Department.
