A ceremony was held in the international Corner Unit / Central Library, honoring and bidding farewell to Mr. Ali Mohair Karim, and receiving the new Secretary-General, Dr. Zikra Muhammad Kazem, where Dr. Zikra, Professor Walid Bashir, the unit official, and a group of employees expressed words about this moral honor as the least duty to do in appreciation of effort and dedication.
