In collaboration with the National Retirement Authority, the Retirement Division of the Department of Administrative and Financial Affairs at the University of Basra has begun publishing the names of retired university employees who have completed their transactions in a timely manner. Dr. Saad Shaheen Hammadi, President of the University of Basra, stated that we have begun to implement the Prime Minister's and the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research's recommendations, which include the implementation of a package of proceedings to support retirees, and our administrative cadres have begun to complete the transactions of our retired employees without bothering to review.
Dr. Osama Nazim Jaafar, Director of the Department of Administrative and Financial Affairs at the University of Basra, stated that the department's Retirement Division has completed pension transactions, salaries have been allocated, and identities have been issued within a week.
