The Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Dr. Naeem Al-Aboudi, directs that university councils be empowered to deal with critical cases in the competitive examination for admission to postgraduate studies for the academic year 2023/2024, with no more than five degrees to occupy their approved plan and enable the students included in the aforementioned cases to fulfill the success condition.
