A panel discussion was held in the Central Library / Global Corner on upbringing and its social effects on the functional environment. It was delivered by Mr. Ihsan Obaid Khudair, Head of the User Services Division, and was attended by the Secretary-General of the Central Library, teacher Dr. Zikra Muhammad Kazem, and a group of employees, on Tuesday 8/15/2023.
