The General Secretariat of the Central Library has  organised a seminar  entitled (How to Organize Time and Use It for Better Performance). seminar aims to identify the points of strengths and weaknesses  which related to time management, objective setting skills and strategies how get rid of  postpone. The seminar which presented by the lecturer  Dr. Amer Abdulnabi Al-Abadi from  college of Basra University  for Science and Technology the concept of time management and setting daily, weekly and annual schedules, skills of organization and the importance of time respecting an  appointments, in addition to the components of time system and factors that waste time.
