the central library secretariat seeks for developing the abilities and skills of employees in sub-libraries in Basrah University, to ascend in level of giving services to researchers, Library secretariat organises third office course entitled ( subjects heads and objective analysis) for two weeks, in cooperation with college of Arts Department of Information and knowledge Technologies, this course is presented by Mr. Abdul- Nabi Shanta who is teaching in the college of Arts Basrah University
