The General Secretariat of the central Library held a workshop about Lahorś decision and the situation of the National congress party on it. Workshop includes Lahorś historical decision in 23-March-1940 and the objection of Indian National congress party and Britain on it so, there was a division of India in addition of they tried to put obstacles towards it till reach to independence in 15-August-1947, this workshop is presented by Dr Sabla Talal from college of Arts and Dr Israa Abdul- kareem Taher from General Directorate of Education in Basrah Governorate. Workshop aims to define the nature of the political situation between Hindus and Muslims from one hand and Britain from the other.
