University of Basrah is held a workshop entitled (analysing the texts and extracting them from the speech to prepare an official administrative answer) the Continuing Education Division in the Central Library is held a workshop entitled (analysing the text and extracting them from the speech to prepare an official administrative answer) in cooperation with Studies Centre and Teaching the Persian Language. This workshop is presented by mr Najem Abdul-wadood the administrative officer at the centre , the workshop aims to introduce administrative staff to the steps of analysing the speech and extracting important texts , on the basis of which the answer is prepared to be good , correct and free from errors and exaggeration. The workshop includes steps to analysing speech according to importance and subject, after then fragmentation of the speech and vocabulary contained in the official books and then edit and print the answer
