It was held in the celebration square of the Central Library festival on the occasion of births of Muhammad in the month of Shaaban. The festival is organised by Security department. It includes verses from the Holy Quean,  national anthem,poems and poetic chants, a number of folk singers and poets participated in the celebration with attendance a number of students and employees. In the end of festival, gifts were distributed to the participants.
