General secretariat of Central Library has Organised panel discussion on cyber hacking and its effect on work in Iraqi libraries, in a cooperation with college of Education for Girls . The aim of a panel discussion is to awareness in the danger of hacker obtaining the official data of the educational institution and how to ensure the confidentiality of information circulating on the internet. The panel discussion is presented by dr. Rafeef Abdul Hafez explanation of the concept of (hacking) , showing practical examples of some hacking cases, what is the legal procedures to be taken when exposed to it.
