General Secretariat of the Central Library organized seminar about the effect of poverty and unemployment on society between reality and hope, at University of Basrah. Seminar aimed to add new solutions to enhance plans and programs sustainable development to reduce poverty and unemployment at the accepted global levels. It is presented by Dr. Zahraa Hameed Khaleel , the need to pay attention to planning and balance programs in production and consumer policies , working on the availability of job opportunities, support small business and production development.
