The Secretariat of the Central Library at the University of Basra organized a celebration on the occasion of the birth of the Prophet, which was attended by the Secretary-General of the Library, Dr. Iman Shamkhi Jaber, and a large number of library employees, with the participation of the Sahib al-Zaman Band (may God hasten his reappearance). The celebration included verses from the Holy Qur’an, valuable words, poems, hymns, cultural competitions, the distribution of gifts to the participants, and supplications and prayers to God to protect Iraq, its people, sects, and all its components.
