General secretariat of Central Library organized seminar entitled racial discrimination and it’s effect on mental health in a cooperation of National Youth Council and Lawyers Syndicate in Basrah . It aimed to reduce all forms of racial discrimination that we face in the society, it presented by attorney Ahmed Riyadh Al-dulaimi. It includes addressing international instruments regarding racial discrimination and some applicable legal provisions, also types of discrimination and their  effects on the psychological aspect.
