General secretariat of central library at Basrah University has organized seminar entitled (library idioms in English language) through effective professional communication in  the library . It aimed to enable the participants speak well at work. It presented by Mr. Samir Mohammed Jasim to importance of enhancing employees skills in using library idioms because it represents a necessity in library and with academic institutions.
