Secretary General of the Central Library Dr Ahmed Razaq Al-Fartoosy as a number in ministerial committee from High Minister to evaluate the work of Central Library in the University of Diyala .The committee was informed about  Central Library and services which improved to students and researchers , in addition to visit colleges of Medical and Engineering, and meeting to discuss the reality of libraries in Iraqi Universities, challenges which face it and the importance of upgrading digital and development sources, in order to support the educational process and scientific research.
