The Central Library at the University of Basra, in cooperation with the Great Prophet Scouts Association, the Girl Guides Commission, and the Missionary Preachers Association, organized a student cultural festival. The festival aimed to promote spiritual and social values ​​and revive authentic cultural heritage. The festival included several segments, including a speech by the Secretary-General, Dr. Ahmed Razzaq Al-Fartousi, and a religious lecture explaining the greatness of the month of Ramadan, the Nights of Power, the character of Imam Ali (peace be upon him), and the anniversary of his martyrdom in this blessed month.
