The central Library at University of Basrah with a cooperation of Centre for Development and Continuing Education , workshop entitled (electronic indexing using logs system ). 
It aimed to develop the skills of staff working in the university sub-libraries and improving the efficiency of using modern electronic systems in office management and information management organization . It presented by a number of members of the Central Library, system working mechanism, how to enter data , electronic indexing, lend management and searching the electronic index , in addition to explain the important services which system provides to facilitate work procedures in libraries, improving the quality of services provided to beneficiaries.
