The Heritage and Manuscript Realization Unit at the College of Arts and Cooperation with the Central Library / Continuing Education held a workshop on Monday 25/4 entitled (The Virtues of Imam Ali in the History of Damascus Book by Ibn Asaker (d. 571 AH)). Director of the Heritage Unit, Dr. Tawfiq Al-Hajjaj
The workshop included introducing the author of the book, Ibn Asaker, the importance of the book as well, and what the author addressed about the virtues of Imam Ali, peace be upon him. After the workshop ended, some of the attendees asked questions about the workshop and they were answered.
The workshop concluded with suggestions, including setting up a program for a number of workshops and holding them on religious and national occasions.
