It is held on the gardens of the General Secretariat of the central Library (victory Engineerś Bazaar) organised by the team of “Nakhwat Al- Iraq” for development in a cooperation with the security section in Basrah University and central Library Secretariat. Bazaar includes popular foods , accessories, handcrafts , natural flowers and books , it lasts for five days.
