General Secretariat of the central Library has Organised a seminar about mental health and its relationship to job satisfaction. Seminar aimed to enable the employee to deal with stresses of daily life and work smoothly which strengthen his partnership in building a healthy society this seminar is presented by dr. Abdul Aaly Hameed Abdul Aaly and dr. Hanaa Abdul Nabi. Seminar includes define the mental health and the causes that affecting on the employee while performing his/her work, and addressing Labor Law No. (37) of 2015, in addition to state staff Discipline Law No. 14 of 1991 and how to enhance his/ her mental health at work.
