
The Central Library Secretariat, in cooperation with the College of Education for Girls, organized a discussion session entitled "Emotional Fitness among University Employees." The session, presented by Dr. Sara Ibrahim Ahmed, included a lecture on the concept of emotional fitness and its importance in the university work environment, with a focus on how to control and manage emotions effectively in various professional situations. The seminar also aimed to familiarize employees with mechanisms for controlling emotional interaction and enhancing their ability to adapt to different circumstances in a positive manner, which contributes to improving the work environment and increasing productivity. The seminar targeted Central Library employees to benefit from these concepts in effective communication and managing emotions in daily interactions with students and researchers within the university.
