A course entitled (Human Resources Management) was held at the Central Library / International Corner Unit, lectured by Dr.   Mohammed Alshara'a. From 5/21/2023, as part of a series of qualifying and developmental courses for the University of Basra in raising the efficiency of administrative workers, and in collaboration with the Center for Development and Continuing Education at the University of Basra.
